I am privileged and honored to be in the company of the people in this book.  From Maya Angelou to Temple Grandin and Coco Schumann, there are 12 more stories of some of the  bravest and most resiliant people on the planet.

I hope you buy this book, not just because the story of my daughter Laura Lamb and I are in it, but because you will be surprisingly affected in a most uplifting way.

The cover of this book is the drunk driving crash that paralyzed my five-month-old baby, Laura Lamb, from the neck down.  We were on our way to the grocery store when the drunk driver of the wrecked car you see smashed into us on a Saturday morning.  It was his 4th drunk driving crash.

This book also provides an unbiased look at the elements of the drunk driving epidemic: the alcohol industry, dr

"I'm not madd anymore."

This has been a work in progress for too long.  I'm almost done.

It's a revenge-gone-wrong book.  Click on the image and you can read the full excerpt, "The Visitor" if you like.

A Few Pics From The Past

Picketing at the White House and Annapolis, Phil Donohue on the Today Show, GMA, 60 Minutes, 20/20, lots of coverage.  Laura was the fuel that propelled the movement.

This is Laura. She was three here. She had no traumatic brain injury, excelled in school, and enjoyed aggravating her sister, Jennifer! She was also hell on wheels in her electric wheelchair, yikes!

This is Bill Bronrott.  He was Laura's best friend. And, he is the man with the plan behind all the logistics,  press and all media from day one of the Laura Lamb Crusade through MADD to now: For all things MADD, contact him: Bronrott Communications or just enter "Bronrott" in your search bar, tons of great stuff there!  Love you Beeill!

FUN videos & pics from my "Alumni of the Year" Award Banquet

VIDEO, 4 mins: Bestowal Presentation by Dean Lisa Plowfield. I was chosen as the Alumni of the Year, Dean's Recognition, College of Health Professions at Towson University, 2023. I didn't see this coming!

This is a four-minute video with additional pics and music.  I am more grateful than I can say.

VIDEO, 6 mins: My Acceptance Speech, I was a wreck! Dr. Mark Ginsburg, President of TU, Dr. Dietre Wengert, Dr. Osman and Mrs. Osman, and my Department Chair, Dr. Nelson were all there, it was awesome! I went a little off-track, but it went well, I think.

This video is a 6 minute trimmed version of the original 11 minute speech. I think you will have a few laughs!

Dean of the College of Health Professions, Lisa Plowfield. Dean Plowfield and Dr. Wengert came to the barn early on a Thursday morning for pancakes on the grill and homemade maple syrup. It was a fabulous day out on the deck! I am forever grateful to Dean Plowfield and Dr. Dietre Wengert, my mentor, who nominated me for this great honor.

Dr. Dietre Wengert was my mentor, my inspiration, my counselor and my dear friend throughout my seven-year journey at Towson University to earn my Master's degree. "When I become a teacher, I want to be just like you!" I told her. Dr. Wengert made teaching look easy. She was the great facilitator, effortlessly stimulating some of the most interesting and provocative conversations I have ever experienced in the classroom. I miss you Dr. Wengert, and I am forever grateful that you were my teacher. With Love, Cindi
