Apartment Home For One

Hi! Our lovely unfurnished upstairs apartment for one person is available May 1st. We were very fortunate to have our friend live here for three years.  The rent is $1200 and includes electric, trash, water, and fun by the bonfires! There are two small bedrooms, an upstairs balcony, a large deck with lanai and Blackstone grill downstairs, a bathroom with shower only, and room for a two-acre garden! It is beautiful, VERY QUIET, and my husband and I live downstairs.
